We managed a quick trip to the beach yesterday but are having trouble uploading photos. We haven’t found a solution to this yet – even loading one at a time doesn’t work. It seems to time out. We will continue to work on that. In the mean time we will consider dumping photos that are redundant or poor.
Today was spent in down town Cape Town – in a lawyer’s office…there was a lovely view but it didn’t make up for the fact it was a lawyer’s office! Yes, it was business but the lawyer is delightful.
Tomorrow we tackle a storage unit replete with 94 years of life – insured, gaurded – yes…accessible – soon to be determined. Work first. We should be back to fun by Sunday.

A thought on the photo problem. See if their is an option to select the quality of the photo and choose the lesser quality grade. This sould lessen the memory need to down load/post your photos.

Are you downloading them to the computer first? You can make them smaller on the computer by opening them and doing save as and selecting a smaller format but if you do that save it as another name or you you will lose the good one. Also, surely the home of the 2010 World Cup has some internet bar with a decent signal. Maybe there will be one where you can hard wire in with an ethernet.
